Eight new houses in a listed orchard setting
The Long Valley Terrace consists of four houses:
Goldfringey. This is the largest of the three bedroom houses and is also end of terrace providing great views and privacy. Downstairs has a large open plan bespoke kitchen with solid wood units with granite worktops, a living room, a separate children's room and a cloakroom. There is a wood burning stove, widescreen TV with satellite options and it is fully furnished and equipped to the high Trelowarren standards. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master being en-suite and facing east for the morning light, the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.
Polgear & Polwyn. These are two bedroom mid terrace houses on either side of a central walkway and are mirror images of each other. Downstairs is open plan and, like all new build houses, has under floor heating, a cloakroom, bespoke kitchen, satellite TV and a wood burning stove. Upstairs there is an extremely large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a further full bathroom.
Tregenna. This house is the other end of terrace house and has probably one of the best locations on the estate overlooking the Long Valley. At 145 square metres this is the largest of our properties with an exceptionally large garden, lawns and terraces. Downstairs is open plan with a children's room, cloakroom and a larger than usual bespoke kitchen.
Upstairs the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom both have windows overlooking the Long Valley. There are two further double bedrooms and a second bathroom. Tregenna is fully equipped to our usual high standards.
Orchard Barns
These two barns have been designed to resemble estate outbuildings. Each barn contains two houses and both barns have plenty of space around them for the children to play and terracing where you can sit and relax or enjoy a BBQ.
Lowerbarn - Skewye & Chyreen. The Lowerbarn is located on an exceptionally sunny and peaceful flat plateau between the Upperbarn and the Long Valley Terrace.
Upperbarn - Gweal Gullas & Penhillick. The Upperbarn is set on the crest of a hill and not only overlooks the historic orchard but also has fine views across the restored parkland to Great Gear.
All four of these houses are of similar specifications and Gweal Gullas and Skewye have children's rooms whilst Penhillick and Chyreen are open plan. Chyreen and Skewye have downstairs cloakrooms and Penhillick and Gweal Gullas have wet rooms downstairs, great for people seeking ground floor facilities.
Upstairs the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony facing east for the morning sun. There are two more double bedrooms and a full bathroom. Again all four of the Orchard Barn houses are fully furnished and equipped to Trelowarren's much admired specification.
